• Pre-Launch Sales Center to promote a new development designed to hit key seasonal marketing windows. (Can move to permanent location later if needed)

• Satellite Sales Center to complement sales efforts from a development’s permanent sales center located elsewhere in the State/Province or in another country.

• Close-Out Sales Center for a project that still has some remaining units for sale, but does not justify keeping a permanent sales center open given the expenses and manpower to do so.
For one monthly fee per development, Urban & Resort Condo Centers offer developers the flexibility of having a major downtown sales presence for their developments for three, six or even 12 month intervals (or longer) without the hassles of signing long term leases, dealing with building permits, construction trades and sales center build out and operating costs that can often exceed a million dollars.

Developers with display graphics, floorplans, virtual tours, other promotional visuals and perhaps a scale model can be ready for public showcase in two weeks. If required, we can provide on-site salespeople or you can staff your area with your own personnel.

As the ultimate downtown turn-key sales center solution for developers, Urban & Resort Condo Centers provide a receptionist, closing area, copying and faxing, security, utilities, cleaning services, display lighting and touch screen LCD screens. For Kiosk or Mini Sales Center clients, there is a call center available for rent on a as needed basis for either “Launch or Tempo” sales programs.
