 Luis has extensive experience in representing international high-profile developers interested in expanding their interests to Mexico and Latin America. He is our key representative in Mexico, promoting the projects of condo developers through the CondoCenter web portal and storefront location.
Luis has been responsible for facilitating the entire real estate process of large developments from site selection and feasibility studies to acquisition, building design, construction, marketing and sales, and finally to occupancy.
Educated at the Anderson School of Management in Los Angeles, he has held many senior positions in Real Estate Companies in the USA and Mexico.

Armando brings almost 20 years experience in real estate, tourism and hospitality in a variety of marketing, sales and public relations capacities including a stint in the Mexican Government Office in New York City.
Armando will unveil new condo markets in Mexico, especially the eco-tourist destinations in the Baja Peninsula and the Sea of Cortez. Armando also has first hand knowledge of Brazil, Argentina, Chile and the Canary Islands.
A graduate of International Relations from Mexico’s National University, UNAM, he is fully bilingual in English and Spanish with a working knowledge of Portuguese and French.

Jim’s sales territory extends from the greater Tampa Bay area (Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota), Fort Myers-Naples, Tallahassee, and the Panhandle of Florida (Pensacola, Ft. Walton Beach, Panama City).
Jim has sold print advertising (newspaper and magazine) since 1972. He also was advertising director at The Sun-Herald newspapers in Biloxi-Gulfport, MS, before joining CondoCenter.

 Rick’s knowledge of advertising sales and management functions are excellent and he delivers a broad range of sales and marketing skills to our South Florida contingent.
Rick’s territory includes the Vero Beach, Stuart, West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and the Florida Keys area.
Rick previously worked for the Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel and was Advertising Director at Palm Beach Illustrated Magazine. Rick started his advertising sales career at the Morristown, New Jersey Newspapers, where he attained the title of Advertising Director. After a stint in New York City with a Newspaper Rep firm, Rick moved to South Florida to direct the marketing and sales on behalf of 4-City Magazines publishing in Tampa, Orlando, Miami and New Jersey. Rick later became Advertising Director of Stars & Stripes based in Tokyo, Japan. He now represents CondoCenter in South Florida.

CondoCenter North Florida - Evelyn Stetler
 Evelyn brings superior skills in internet, print/email marketing and newsletter program development - she is an expert in communicating with target accounts and existing clients.
Evelyn's area includes Orlando, Daytona Beach, Melbourne, Titusville, Ocala, and Gainesville. In addition, Evelyn is also responsible for accounts in the Northeast Florida area (Jacksonville-St. Augustine).
Evelyn was previously the Sales Manager for Travel Agent Magazine, covering both Florida and the Caribbean. Evelyn’s assignment was to manage and sell to over 400, clients and agencies across a wide variety of special interest features in addition to building Travel Agent Magazine into the leading trade title in the market. She is currently a representative for CondoCenter.
