Definitions
“condocenter.com” is an Internet marketing service operated by Global
Condo Center Corp.
"Registered Developer" means a person and/or company who is selling
or considering the sale of a property and has completed the developer registration
process on condocenter.com, thereby agreeing to these Terms of Use. A Registered
Developer must be a prospective seller of a Condo and licensed and operating with
a bona fide interest in the sale of such real property.
“Condo” means a condominium
apartment development being displayed from data supplied exclusively by the Registered
Developer on www.condocenter.com.
"User" means a person who is a prospective client
who accesses the Website and otherwise utilizes the services of CondoCenter.com.
"Website" means the condocenter.com internet Website currently located at the URL
address www.condocenter.com.
Terms of Service
No Endorsement
The Registered Developer
and/or it’s agent(s) must input all data, information and images pertaining to themselves
and their Condo Developments into online forms found in the exclusive and secure
interface section (digital data environment) of the Website.
Registered Developers
hereby agree that they must provide true, accurate and current information, maintain
and update this information and ensure that it remains true, accurate, and current
- by registering on the Website, a Registered Developer consents to that specific
responsibility and assumes all liability associated with the data and resulting
display information under their exclusive control and displayed on the Website.
By registering, a Registered Developer consents to receive personalized emails,
telephone calls and/or faxes from condocenter.com.
To register as a Registered Developer,
the User must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
The Registered Developer may
not use the Website data for any purpose other than the purpose of attempting to
market Condos for sale or otherwise utilize the tools and resources of the Website.
A Registered Developer acknowledges that condocenter.com supplies the digital data
environment enabling the display of Registered Developer’s exclusive data submissions
and that condocenter.com owns that digital data environment; the Registered Developer
acknowledges the validity of the condocenter.com’s copyright to the digital data
environment.
The Website may contain links to other sites. These other sites were
independently developed by parties other than condocenter.com, and condocenter.com
does not assume responsibility for the accuracy or appropriateness of the information
contained at such sites or endorse the viewpoints expressed at such sites. Also,
any mention of another party or its product or service on the Website should not
be construed as an endorsement of that party or its product or service.

No part of the Website should be taken to constitute an offer or solicitation to

service is provided "as is," without warranty or representation of any kind, either

quality or reliability of any third party service provider accessed through or in
conjunction with the use of this service.
No Liability
condocenter.com shall not
be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly

if condocenter.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages;

reserves the right to terminate Registered Developer access to the Website and/or
cease doing business with any person who uses profanity, obscenity, vulgarity or
offensive, threatening, unlawful, harmful, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, libelous,
invasive, hateful, abusive or otherwise objectionable language, behavior or conduct
in any manner towards any condocenter.com employee, agent, contractor or customer,
on the Website, in emails, in telephone conversations or messages, in writing, or
in person. Additionally, condocenter.com reserves the right to refuse to do business
with any person in condocenter.com discretion, consistent with local, state, provincial,
federal, territorial and other laws.

Registered Developers Privacy Policy found on this Website and agree with its terms.

is held by Global Condo Center Corp or by the original creator of the material.
Except as stated herein, none of the material may be copied, reproduced, distributed,
republished, translated, downloaded, displayed, posted, communicated to the public
by telecommunication or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but
not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without
the prior written permission of Global Condo Center Corp or the copyright owner.
You also may not, without Global Condo Center Corp’s permission, "mirror" any material
contained on this Website on any other server. Any unauthorized use of any material
contained on this Website may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of
